IMPORTANT INFORMATION  

FEIX FAMILY BASKETS has been in business since July, 1998.  We offer PREMIUM quality bases at affordable prices. All bases are made of pine, unless otherwise noted. CUSTOM orders and base designing are available. We also make lids, upon request. Please contact us if you don't see what you are searching for, as we may be able to accomodate your needs.

We are strictly a MAIL ORDER business, operating out of our home.  We do not have a store front.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we currently do not have a shopping cart system available on this site.  We do, however, offer you 3 ways to place an order:

1)    You may order via email at anytime at: basketry@woh.rr.com (We cannot be   held accountable for orders that get lost in cyberspace.  We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order when we do receive an order via e-mail.)

2)   You may call us at (937) 456-6067 between 9am - 5pm EST on Monday through Friday.

3)   You may order by mail by printing out the order form, from this web site, and mail it to:       Feix Family Baskets, 321 E. Somers St., Eaton, OH 45320-1845. (Please do not include any checks with your mail in order.  We will contact you when the order is ready to ship and will  let you  know the invoice total, including shipping and handling charges, at that time.)

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID, IN FULL, PRIOR TO SHIPPING

You may pay by check, money order or Discover/Visa/Mastercard/Diners Club.  (When you are paying by check, please do not send it to us until we have contacted you with the complete total, which will include shipping and handling charges.)

There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks, PLUS any additional costs that we incur to collect the debt which is owed.

NO C.O.D.'s PERMITTED

We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.  Orders are filled in the order that they are received.   There are no "RUSH" orders as we are a "First Come, First Served" business. You are welcome to order as little, or as much as you want.

There is no minimum requirment.

RETURNS

All returns must be pre-authorized. No returns will be allowed on any patterns. Absolutely no returns on items after 30 days from the shipment date.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Should you receive any damaged items, we ask that you contact us immediately.  Please keep the box and all the shipping materials for inspection by UPS or the USPS.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING

Due to the fact that we are a 2 person, home operated business, we are unable to keep a large inventory on hand, therefore we ask you to order in advance.  Please feel free to advise us if these items are meant for a class or for a show and we will do our very best to get them to you.  We have been told, by many of our customers, that our products are well worth the wait.  We are SURE that you will agree!!  :)
